I help inspire people looking to rewire or retire to find peace from inflammation and pain naturally, taking them from pain to peace through access to lab testing and protocols to improve their health behaviors so that they can feel better (less pain), move better (less inflammation), and live better (a more active and engaged life).

My mission is to help inspire you identify and address the key pieces to achieving peace in your health.

With my 40 years as a nurse and pain expertise in conventional, natural, and integrative therapies, I can provide that coaching support you need to help you feel better, move better, and live better.

You: Whether you are seeking information or coaching services, I want to help you move from feeling hopeless to hopeful and from out of control to in more control of your health. In coaching sessions, you are the center and focus and so, it is important to have you be an active participant.  You know why you are here. It is up to you to identify the pieces of health and wellness you want to focus on and we will work together to prioritize the key pieces and manageable goals as well as track your progress.

Mind: Stress is often a primary cause of inflammation, discomfort, and pain. It is important to have a positive mindset that can be supported by using helpful stress reduction techniques. As a health and wellness coach, I can help you measure and track your stress as well as support you with a positive mindset. You can learn new techniques to reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and promote adequate sleep. Reducing stress can decrease both inflammation and pain in many people.

Body: The state of your body is often the long-term result of diet and lifestyle. Self-testing through labs can help identify the key pieces where there are healing opportunities. Coaching and education can help you to identify individual health goals and outcomes that are important to you.

Spirit: Your spirit is the seat of your emotions and character. As your coach and/or educator, I can help you leverage your personal character strengths to achieve your health goals.

Relationships: Relationships and community with others is essential to support you to achieve happiness. I can assist you with finding community with others to support you in your journey to change your health behaviors as well as with how to approach your relationships to be successful in your journey.

The Blue Lotus in Buddhism is the symbol of the victory of the spirit over the senses, of intelligence and wisdom, of knowledge. It is generally represented as a partially opened bud, whose center is unseen, the embodiment of the “perfection of wisdom.” At PxP, the partially opened center is the whole of YOU and who you can be. The other petals represent your mind, body, spirit, and relationships/community. The goal is to focus on your desired potential by working within the various petals to achieve your desired health goals.

Rooted in the mud, the lotus rises to blossom clean and bright, symbolizing purity and resurrection. The leaves and flowers are borne high above the water. It is often compared to the enlightened being who emerges undefiled from the chaos and confusion of the world.

Blue Lotus flower blooms provide a spiritual meaning of ascension, enlightenment, or rebirth.  Historically, the blue lotus has been used medicinally to assist with relief from depression, stress, as well as promote sleep, and relief from gastrointestinal discomfort.
