There’s a difference between eating healthy and eating right for your body.
How many health “diets” have you tried that didn’t exactly work for you? Or do you find that no matter how healthy you eat and how much you exercise you just can’t shed pounds, your energy still tanks and your health doesn’t improve?
Let me help you find the balance of nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats) your body needs to function at its potential. You know you’ve hit the mark when you can go 3-5 plus hours or more without feeling hungry and still have energy.
Answer these 2 simple questions to help determine what balance of nutrients you need…
1️⃣ Do you feel hungry and need to eat within at least 2 hours of waking up?
2️⃣ Could you skip breakfast, just have a coffee and feel satisfied until lunch time?
If you answered ‘Yes’ to questions 1️⃣ then you likely need more Protein and if you answered ‘Yes’ to questions 2️⃣ then you likely do better with more Carbohydrates in your diet. If you answered yes to both then you need an equal amount of carbs and proteins with a little fat.
Once I started eating the right ratios for my body my energy was more balanced all the time. Knowing the right ratios can help you lose extra weight easily and maintain your energy level.
Starting paying attention to how your body responds to different ratios of proteins, carbs and fats and ONLY EAT MEALS OR SNACKS that have a little bit of every nutrient (i.e. not just an apple but an apple with nut butter to compliment it).
Practice this habit for the next 14 days to improve health and feel your best!
